Is it possible to get NON-B visa in Thailand consulate , outside of Thailand (Home Country) without having WP.3 letter?
Having existing Thai NON-B visa but leaving country without re-entry, because going to work in a Thai government school.
Supporting documents provided are teacher license, contract, copy ID of director, letter from government school and education ministry requesting embassy to give NON-B visa.
Thinking if Thailand embassy even don't consider letters from education ministry and government school , and ask for only WP.3.
Thanks in advance :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual inquires about obtaining a NON-B visa at a Thai consulate in their home country without a WP.3 letter, as they already possess a NON-B visa but need to leave the country for a teaching position. They are concerned whether the embassy will accept supporting documents from the education ministry and a government school instead of the WP.3. Comments from other users indicate that some consulates, like in Hong Kong and New Delhi, have previously issued NON-B visas without the WP.3, based on alternative supporting letters from employers.
I got mine without a wp3 from New Delhi. The school sent me a letter stating that wp3 will be issued once I get my non b. Gave letter to vfs and all went well. Make sure u apply with all original docs. Xerox copies will be put in the bin!
