Before looking for a sponsor, do you plan to hire staff and set up your own company in Thailand? If you’re genuinely running a business here, that is usually the more proper route. Also, what nationality are you? If you’re American, there may be an easier option.

To be legal you set up your own business, and get your work permit. To start you need bt2million in registered capital, hire at least 4 Thai employees you pay wages, and social security on.
