How Can I Extend My Visa Exemption in Thailand and Where Can I Get Passport Photos?

Hello, and thank you for welcoming me to the group, I arrived in Thailand on March 13 with a French passport. I had a visa exemption until April 11. For the moment, I am staying in a hotel around Bangkok. I'm going to apply for a 30-day extension to Cheang Wattana Immigration next Tuesday. 
Do you know where I can make passport photos and photocopies of passports in Bangkok? (many stores are closed due to covid-19). 
Do I need the TM30 form? I don't know if my hotel has already done this online and if it's absolutely necessary for the extension visa.

You showed up on a visa exempt entry, you go to Muang Thong Thani to get your 30 day 'normal' extension and after that if you need more time you go there again to get your unable to travel due to covid-19 extension with your embassy letter too

okay, ONE LAST TIME;

IF you showed up here on a 30 day visa exempt entry <- meaning you did NOT buy a visa from a thai consulate before you came here and were stamped in FREE for 30 days you go to Muang Thong Thani location to get your 30 day "normal" extension AND if needed your unable to travel due to covid-19 extension with the embassy letter

BUT

IF you showed up here AFTER buying a tourist visa from a thai consulate in another country and were stamped in for 60 days (like everyone on a tourist visa gets) you got the Chaengwattana Section J to get your "normal" 30 day extension AND if needed your unable to travel due to covid-19 extension with the embassy letter too
