Hi, Thanks for having me in the group,

Probably asked this millions times but as I’m new I need some of your advices please 🙏🏼

I need to renew my Non O Thai wife visa soon but

- I dont have 400k on my bank account..

- because of covid I didn’t get pay for 3 months etc... and I requested help from social fund so my yearly income dont meet 40k per month for that 3 months..

- I already use the 60 days family visiting on this entry

So I would like to know what do you suggest, and if I wish to stay what do I have to do now?

Can I change my visa (non o) to volunteer instead? Can I extend with the covid extension ?

Thanks for your time and advices.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, who is seeking advice on renewing their Non O Thai wife visa, is facing financial difficulties and does not have the required 400k baht in a bank account. They have also exhausted the family visitation option and are inquiring if they can switch to a volunteer visa or extend their visa due to COVID-related issues. The comments indicate that without the necessary funds, applying for an extension based on marriage or work is challenging, and alternatives are limited.

If you apply for the Extension of Stay based on marriage to a Thai National it is at least 2 months before application date.

Without funds you can not apply for a yearly Extension of Stay based on marriage.

Without salary you can not apply for a yearly Extension of Stay based on working in Thailand.

Without a volunteer organization who provide a Work Permit you van not apply for an Extension of Stay based on being a volunteer.

I guess the only thing left for you is to claim that you can not travel due to covid.
