TLDR : Answer Summary
A user seeks information about re-entering Thailand after being banned due to illegal stay, even though they have a child with Thai citizenship. Responses clarify that the user remains banned until the ban is lifted, and that having a Thai national child does not exempt them from the ban. It is also suggested to consult their government about the child's nationality.

Changing names and getting a new passport won’t help either. The entry procedure into Thailand uses biometrics so you would get stopped at any border.

You’re still banned from entering. Depending on your nationality and if you were legally married, the baby may be a citizen of your country, ask your government for more information

I recommend contacting a good Thai immigration lawyer. I can’t believe I’m recommending them, but Siam Legal may be able to help you

If you are banned from Thailand you cannot re-enter until your ban is lifted.
