Hi, I have an ED visa. I am studying in Bangkok so I got my visa through the big immigration in Bangkok however, I live just outside of Bangkok so does that mean I have to do a 90 day check in at my local immigration?
Or, as I went to extend my ED visa on Friday is that sufficient enough? I mean they know where I’m at and that I’m still in Thailand as I extend my visa on Friday just gone. I also had to give my TM30 so immigration have it on record since recently I’m still living in the same place

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have an ED visa and have recently extended it, you are still required to complete the 90-day reporting, which is separate from your visa extension process. Since you live just outside of Bangkok, you can typically do your 90-day check-in at your local immigration office or online, provided you have completed such a procedure before. It's crucial to check that your TM30 is updated; this informs the immigration office of your address in Thailand. If there's any issue with online reporting, you may need to do it in person.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
If you were on a 90 day Non-ED Visa then you don't do 90 day reports yet. You wait until you are 90 days in on your extension (if the extension was for more than 90 days).
Extending your ed visa and doing 90days report are 2 different things.....do your 90days report at the immigration office nearest to your latest Tm30....try online first...if rejected then u need to do it personally
