TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on applying for a Covid extension for an additional 90 days after receiving their first 30-day extension in Thailand. They want to know how soon they can apply for the extension and what documents are required. Comments from the community indicate that the timing for application can vary by immigration office (45 days or 30 days in advance), and details on required documents include similar requirements to the previous extension, such as forms, photocopies, a photo, and a fee.

1. I applied one week after receiving the 30-day extension (Koh Samui). They dated it for the end of 30-day extension, so it was sixty more after the 30-day extension.
2. It was exact same form as 30-day extension, so have all the same documents ready (photocopies as before, photo, 1900 Bt).
This was done early to meet the previous Covid extension “deadline” - no questions were asked.
Depends which immigration office, Bangkok, chiang Mai, and Phuket you can apply 45 days in advance, others it's 30. But for the covid extension your first one will start the day you apply (at most places it seems).
45* days before your stay expires you can apply for another extension. If this is your first covid extension, the 60 days will start from the day you apply, so I'd wait until the end of January.
