Could someone give some advice.

I am trying to apply for a non o spouse visa.

I have locked into the london embassy site to apply for this online.However when i get to the page for purpose of visit it only gives me the option for a tourist visa.

Has anyone in the done a non o in the uk.

If you’re married already and you have documentation to prove it, then there should be no problem at all to get a non-o visa. Good luck and all the best ! 😊

I had this issue

Try using a different browser. I think I used Internet explorer initially which gave the issue you described. When I switched to Edge I managed to get the correct options.

Shoddy web development i reckon.
