Hello!

I really need advice on getting Non O visa for my spouse

I'm a foreigner working in Bankok as an English teacher, we'd like to apply for a Non O visa for my husband. But the list of documents is huge and my employer can not provide the neccessary documents for me, as some of the information required is assumed as too sensetive to provide (I mean tax income information).

My question is whether there is any way we can apply for a non O visa with the copy of my visa page, work permit and our certificate of marrige? Right now he is on tourist visa. Thank you so much! I really appreciate your help!

Sadly, no..

You have to get the documents from your employer, a letter from your employer stating it's okay that your spouse piggy back on your Non-B visa/extension

,

There's no way to do it without the employer providing the documentation.

you are out nothing by going to the immigration office where you got your Non-B extension with your work permit, your husband, the documents you have and talking to them.

BUT

I have never seen someone get a "trailing spouse" Non-O issued based on being married to a foreigner legally working here without the documentation from the employer and approval from them that says it's okay your spouse gets the visa
