Good morning! This a very simple question. I have researched this and believe I know the correct answer.

Hope you all don’t mind asking the group!

I understand all the other requirements and Covid situation!

In the past for many years one could travel to Thailand and stay 30 days or less With No Visa!

I believe it has officially changed to 45 days or less With No Visa.

Am I correct?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The question seeks confirmation on whether the visa-exempt period for tourism in Thailand has increased from 30 days to 45 days. Community responses confirm that the current policy permits stays of up to 45 days without a visa; however, factors such as quarantine requirements during the COVID-19 pandemic can affect actual stay duration. Additionally, there's a discussion about the necessity of the Certificate of Entry (COE) for shorter visa options.

Sorry to tag onto this but do you still need COE for 30day tourist visa, I was going to get 60day from consulate in uk as can be done in 1hr but its now closed (covid) and would like to travel ASAP. Then I will change visa hopefully once quarantine finished.

Yes correct but not sure if 45 days if you qualify for less quarantine time.

At moment 30 days plus 15 day for quarantine.

So if allowed 7 days quarantine maybe only get 37 days.
