Hi. I am from the UK.

1. Can I apply for a visa exemption extension at any point during my stay? Even on the second or third day? Or is that a bit sus?

2. Does it matter what reason I give for the extension on the form?

3. Is it known for a fact that the extension applies to 45 day visa exemptions? I have seen no mention of this from official sources, only about visas.

you can apply for an extension at most offices when you have 30 days or less left on your current stamp (So NO you can't do it just a couple days after you arrive on a 45 day visa exempt entry unless you did it in Bangkok or Chiang Mai <- two of the places that allow an extension when you have 45 days or less)

2 - you're here on an exempt entry as a TOURIST, write tourism

3- you can get ONE 30 day extension on a visa exempt entry that hasn't changed

in Bangkok you go here to get the 30 day extension on your visa exempt entry

There are copy shops on either side of the immigration office on the 3rd floor at IT Square.

Does Bangkok immigration require a TM30 for the 30 day extension or is it enough to just state an address?
