Apply for a 2 months extension or be covered under the blanket of amnesty. Question is if i apply for a 2 months extension is my visa still still good or not.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is on a NON-O visa based on marriage and is approaching a border bounce date. They have options to apply for a 2-month extension or use the amnesty. A comment clarifies that applying for a 60-day extension does not affect the validity of the visa, which remains good until its expiration.
