Apologies if has been answered already.
I'm on a 1 year me non o visa based on marriage valid until 13 of November 2020.
I'll be back in Thailand around the first of November, then I'll get stamped in 90days.
The 400k will be seasoned for 2months in my Thai account around mid of December 2020, will I then be able apply for the one year extension?
My 1year me non o visa will be expired since November 13th, but I'll be stamped in untill around end of January 2021.
Thanks a lot
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about applying for a one-year extension of their Non-O visa based on marriage. They mentioned their visa will expire on November 13, 2020, but will be stamped in until late January 2021, with the required funds in their Thai account from mid-December. The response clarified that as long as the funds are seasoned for two months in a Thai bank account and the user has 30 days or less on their 90-day stamp, they can apply for the extension regardless of the initial visa expiration date.
