Guess this will be an easy one for the experts, might not even need Tod Daniels wisdom but I’d appreciate it obviously 😉 

1. I entered Thailand on a non b 90 daysback in November, stamped in till February 18th 

2. applied for a - year extension today, officer added 30 days on top so till March 19th 

When I pick up the Passport in March, will it be stamped till 365 days from March 19th or from my initial entry date in November.

That first 30 days (the under consideration period) is actually the FIRST month of your year extension so when you go back you'll get 11 months more inked in

last one for today: is the 30 day consideration a yearly thing so basically the same very year from now on or is gonna be a straight up 1 year extension from the second year on?

Adding to it: would it be a problem to leave the country before March 19 let’s say for a week for a holiday abroad. Re entry permit needed, but other than that?

no problem leaving and coming back BEFORE the report date as long as you get a re-entry permit

The 30 days are part of the 1 year Extension of Stay, you will get a new stamp til Feb 18th 2021

i'm sure, yes. But even when your friend is correct, what does it matter, you can stay another 11 or 12 months to think about your next step. Lot of things can happen in 11 months

funny enough, while posting this a friend of mine told me it’ll be till March 19 2021. but I’m guessing you are very sure, right?

the fact that the work permit is valid til November 28th 2020 only is not relevant?
