TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion clarifies that the amnesty until July 31 applies to all visa types, including the O medical visa. Participants discuss details regarding the nature of the O medical visa and emphasize that the amnesty does not provide an extended stay beyond July 31. They also suggest checking with local immigration offices for the most accurate information.
It appears the OP got the answer needed. To stop this post from becoming a debate on what the difference is between a "non O" and "O", I'm closing comments.
A non-O visa and a "O" visa are the same. It's a "non immigration visa based on Other reasons".
remember that amnesty is NOT a "free to stay 3 month pass" :O It allows you to stay no longer than the 31st of July AND you need to pay attention to the news about border openings and what amnesty holders do after they open.
