A non-O visa and a "O" visa are the same. It's a "non immigration visa based on Other reasons".

Have you asked Chiang Mai Immigration? It might be a good idea to ask them. With 70+ Immigration offices not all may have the same answer.

remember that amnesty is NOT a "free to stay 3 month pass" :O It allows you to stay no longer than the 31st of July AND you need to pay attention to the news about border openings and what amnesty holders do after they open.
