My latest extention (NON-O) comes with this remark. Its usually valid til mid October but now 31 Oct. Is this due to visa amnesty?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The recent extension of your NON-O visa until October 31st is indeed related to the visa amnesty currently in place. This extension is a standard procedure following announcements from the immigration office, which aligns with the ongoing amnesty provisions.
