Is the extension of my NON-O visa until October 31st due to the visa amnesty?

My latest extention (NON-O) comes with this remark. Its usually valid til mid October but now 31 Oct. Is this due to visa amnesty?

hello, I extend my visa with a 60 days extension for Thai family on 24th September do it change anything for me with this amnesty? Thx u and sorry if you already answered of this case.

, nope, doesn't affect you because you applied for your extension BEFORE the latest amnesty went into effect (Sept 27)..

totally normal stamp, says basically "correcting your privelidge (to stay) following the announcement from the immigration office"
