TLDR : Answer Summary
When switching from a retirement visa to a marriage visa in Thailand, the 90-day reporting count continues if you remain in Thailand. However, should you leave and return to obtain a new visa, the count resets. To verify if your 90-day report has reset, check if you received a new 90-day report receipt with an updated date during your immigration process.

There is a super easy way every one can tell IF their 90 day report "reset" when they got another extension ๐ฎ
Ask yourself;
When you got the new extension inked into your passport DID the immigration officer give you a NEW 90 day report receipt with a new 90 day report date on it ?
IF the answer to that is YES, and you did get a new sheet, they 'reset' your 90 day reporting and you go by that new 90 day receipt.
IF the answer to that question is NO, and you did not get a new sheet, you go by the report date on the 90 day receipt you have in your passport
