I changed the type of extension of my visa. From linked to my work and work permit (cause I retired very recently) to marriage visa. Question: does the period of 90 days for the regular reporting start again at the day of my new extension (like when you leave the country), or not?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When transitioning from a work visa to a marriage visa in Thailand, the 90-day reporting period typically does not reset. However, if you received a new 90-day report receipt with a new reporting date when you applied for the new extension, then your reporting date was reset. If not, you should continue reporting based on the original receipt date.

nope it does not

BUT

Here's an easy way to tell if your 90 day reporting date was reset when you applied for a new extension

IF they gave you a new 90 day report receipt with a new reporting date, when you got your yearly extension they DID reset your 90 day reporting
