Can someone confirm this for me? I understand that with a multi-entry permit in my passport, I can come and go from Thailand at wll AND that my 90 report time restarts each time i return to Thailand? (I have a non-O immigrant visa based on retirement - the one year extension). Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired whether their 90-day reporting period resets upon re-entering Thailand with a multi-entry permit while holding a NON-O visa based on retirement. Multiple commenters confirmed that yes, the 90-day reporting restarts with each entry into Thailand, treating the day of arrival as day one. Some added that this applies until the visa extension expires, after which different immigration officers might have varying requirements regarding the 90-day report in relation to extensions.

Yes, until your extension expires. Then some Immigrations will ask you to do a 90-Day report same time as getting the next extension approved, while others will let your 90 days expire after 90 days...
