TLDR : Answer Summary
When you re-enter Thailand on a Non-OA visa after a short trip abroad, your 90-day reporting period resets to day 1 from the date you re-enter. It's important to report your stay based on your consecutive days in the country, so if you leave before completing 90 consecutive days, you start the count anew upon your return.

You would be reporting the fact that you’ve been in the country for 90 consecutive days. So if you haven’t, you don’t.
