Is it still the case that if you have sat near someone on the plane who is positive, that you also have to isolate even if you’re negative?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, if you are seated right next to a person who tests positive for COVID-19 on a plane, you may be required to isolate, regardless of your own negative test results. It's important to note that boarding is generally not allowed for passengers testing positive before flying, which raises questions about how exposure can happen.
Carry a few ATK kits with you. Not as accurate as RTPCR but still a good idea. Sharing test result info might help, better understand why some test positive on landing in Bangkok.
