If I arrive in Phuket sandbox and test positive. And I end up staying in my hotel and not going to hospital. Do I need to get a test after 7 days of isolation? And if I test positive again do I have to isolate again?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you test positive while in the Phuket Sandbox, you may need to isolate. It's advised that you will likely be moved to a facility for treatment rather than staying at your SHA+ hotel. After a 7-day isolation, you should be tested again. If you test positive again, further isolation might be required.

Yes for sure. I wouldn’t come. To many chances / risk

This is looking a bit silly now since everyone who lives in Phuket seems to be getting infected.

Prepare for the worst case scenario.

If you test positive you will most likely be moved to a different facility as you will require ongoing treatment and monitoring and unless your SHA+ hotel can cater for this, you will find yourself sent to the so-called "covid jail"!
