Dear all, 

I would like to ask about TM30. Few years ago, I read somewhere that if we travel to another province and stay there for a few days and back to our own province, we have to resubmit the TM.30. Is that still the case?

Its Thai immigration rules that you are to file a new TM30 anytime you change address in Thailand.

However...ask your Thai immigration office what their policy is re the TM30?

Some say its not needed when travel is inside Thailand and are returning to the TM30 address already on file. (ps...that's what Jomtien told me several years ago...but ask them again).
