TLDR : Answer Summary
When traveling out of the province from your long-term condo rental in Hua Hin, whether you need to resubmit a TM30 form upon returning depends on the local immigration office's policy. Some offices require a new submission while others may not for domestic travel. It is advisable to check with the Hua Hin immigration office for their specific requirements or to submit the form again to be on the safe side.
Unless a TM30 is filed outside, they don't know you've even gone. If one is, I always update it on my return, although my condo ladies do it happily FoC.
I have phoned immigration and was told I do have to resubmit a tm30 on my return to Hua Hin. I have emailed them the same question now so I can show my hotel in writing ( and too make sure that that particular immigration officer was correct)
