Hello!

I have one year retirement Tai visa. First time with that visa I entered 29.9. and then I left for Borneo 8.11. and come back to Thailand 1.12.

I haven't been to emmigration office in Maleysia but I left Thailan, so I believe now I don't need to do enything before end of february. Am I right? Thanks for advice

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual inquired about their obligations regarding a one-year retirement Thai visa after leaving Thailand for a trip to Borneo. They questioned whether they need to act before the end of February following their return on December 1, and the comments suggest confusion around visa types and requirements related to their exit and re-entry.

So do you have the Non Immigrant ED visa to study, the Non Immigrant B visa for business or the Non Immigrant O visa based on being over 50 years of age. Is this a Single Entry Visa or is this a Multiple Entry Visa? What is the valid until / enter before date on the visa? I can not look inside your passport from behind my computer and this page is not a quiz page, so please if you not understand what is inside your passport, post a picture as requested.

No, but this is Thai Visa Advice, not Malaysia visa advice. I'm sure there is a Malaysian group on facebook he can ask.

I wouldn't give visa advice about other countries. According to Wikipedia, there are restrictions about the countries that can enter Malaysia.

I do know Israel passport holders are not allowed into Malaysia. Again, it's something

Visa policies of different countries are different then Thailand, and nobody can recommend the border you should cross over, or how much it'll cost for a visa to that country. It's something you'll have to research on your own.

As I mentioned before: Till the Enter Before or Valid Until date mentioned on the visa itself you can go to a border, stamp out Thailand, stamp in neighbor country, directly stamp out and stamp into Thailand for a new 90 day stay. What a woman can do with a man, lost all his knowledge about visa after 1 small talk.

I'm sorry, I can't recommend a place. The furthest south I've been to is Prachuap Khiri Khan. You simply cross the nearest border, get a visa to that country, look around, and then walk right back into Thailand.

DO NOT cross into Poi Pet, Cambodia. You WILL have to spend the night there.

A 90 day report tells the Thai government your current address. It is required ONLY IF you have an extension of stay. An "extension of stay" is a legal concept here. It allows you to stay in Thailand even after your visa expires.

You do not have an extension of stay. Because of this, you will leave the country and return. You can cross over *most* borders and come back without staying the night to get a new 90 day stamp.

I'm assuming the only time you would want to go to the immigration office is to do a 90 day report. You have to do this if you are on an extension of stay.

If you have a multiple entry non-O visa, you do not have an extension of stay. Instead, you leave Thailand and return every 90 days.

You can only stay 90 days inside the country, than you leave and come back for another 90 days. IF you like to visit the Immigration Office in Koh Samui you need to apply there for the 1 year Extension of Stay based on being over 50 years of age. To do this you need to meet several requirements like 800.000 Thb minimum on a Thai bank 2 months prior the application date OR a certified income by your embassy of 65.000 Thb a month.

Koh Samui is a nice island, or so I've been told. What does a 90 day report have to do with Koh Samui?

I think in ambassy in Slovenia they told me, that before first 90 days expire I could just go to Koh Samui.

What do you mean? You don't do a 90 day notification on a Non O Multiple Entry, because you'd have to leave the country before your 90 days are over.

As there is no retirement Thai Visa, can you please post a picture without personal details. Not sure what you mean with emigration in Malaysia, they have nothing to do with a Thai visa. You left Thailand, not sure what you like to do before end of February?
