When do I need to do my 90-day report in Thailand on a Tourist Visa?
When do I do my 90 day report. 90 days from arriving back in Thailand or keep the 90 day appointment I already have.

You don't do any 90 day reporting at all. You don't have a long term visa OR long term extension so you don't need to do it.
