TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are on a Tourist Visa in Thailand, you are not required to do a 90-day report. The reporting rules apply only to those with long-term visas or extensions. The 90-day reporting is generally only required when you have been physically present in Thailand for 90 days under a qualifying visa.

You don't do any 90 day reporting at all. You don't have a long term visa OR long term extension so you don't need to do it.
