Hi,

I am on amnesty; if I want to move to a new address in other province (ChiangRai to Nonthaburi) should I report TM30 of my new address?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are on amnesty in Thailand and are moving to a new address in a different province, you still need to report your new address using the TM30 form. However, it is important to note that the obligation to report typically falls on the property owner.

No ... but the owner of the property does.

I did mine myself just needed a signed copy of the owners ID and my rental contract etc.

it is ultimately the person who is staying at the location to file the TM 30

... it must be completed by the landlord or property owner

, it does NOT need to be completed by the owner only. I know many hundreds of people who have filed a TM30 on their own.

... tm30 is completed by the owner of the property . You can research more on what you keep . The 90 day report is meant to be kept with your passport .
