Hi,
I am on amnesty; if I want to move to a new address in other province (ChiangRai to Nonthaburi) should I report TM30 of my new address?

I did mine myself just needed a signed copy of the owners ID and my rental contract etc.

, it does NOT need to be completed by the owner only. I know many hundreds of people who have filed a TM30 on their own.

... tm30 is completed by the owner of the property . You can research more on what you keep . The 90 day report is meant to be kept with your passport .
