90 day reporting question please. I am here on an OA visa, second year. I have never done a report as always leave the country before due. However, due to Covid my flight has been cancelled and my 90 day is due. I am aware there is an amnesty until July 31. Taking the advice of the group I intended to go to immigration ((BKK) and report for the first time, however, even though I know that my TM30 has been registered by my condo agent I have no receipt to show this. I will be leaving Thailand before the amnesty is over (flight permitting)...shall I not report or report and risk a fine. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is on an OA visa for the second year and has not reported their 90-day check due to always leaving Thailand before the due date. Due to a flight cancellation caused by COVID-19, they are unsure whether to report their 90-day due date or risk a fine since they don't have a receipt for their TM30 registration. Community responses suggest that, under the current amnesty until July 31, they do not need to report if they plan to leave before the amnesty ends.

there's amnstesy and you don't need to do a 90 day report until july 31st,

As long as you're leaving before the amnesty ends I wouldn't even bother reporting and just leave.

You won't be fined seeing as the people at passport control (who stamp you in and out) don't care if you ever did a 90 day report or not.

many thanks for your reply Todd. It was checking out at passport control that concerned me if I didn’t report.
