Hi everyone, I’m planning to apply for a second covid extension,do I need to file/present a TM30 again?

A TM30 is valid for as long as you are staying in the location. If you stayed at another location, and returned back to your primary residency, you will need a new TM30 filed.

For the COVID-19, submit the same papers that you dd last time
