Please HELP! - TM30 reporting

I will arrive Bangkok on 01July2024 and plan to stay in Hotel for 1 night.

Then, will stay in own condo on 02July2024

03July or 04July will go to immigration (Chaeng Wathana) to apply Retirement Visa

When apply retirement visa, can I just provide TM30 on 02July2024 and no need to show TM30 on 01July? OR I should show both TM30 to immigration? I am afraid hotel will not give me TM30 for staying on 01July2024, then immigration will punish me.

Anyone knows please?

Thank you so much.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for your Retirement Visa in Thailand, you only need to provide the latest TM30 report from your own condo, which will be valid for your visa application. You do not need to show the TM30 from your hotel stay on 01 July 2024, as only the most recent TM30 counts. However, it is advisable to bring proof of your hotel stay, such as your booking receipt, in case the hotel has not reported your stay on time. Additionally, having a lease agreement for your condo is important for your application.

Go 2 July and bringing your yellow book/lease contract or other proofs of where your stay.

Then your can do the TM30 at the same time.

Take the resite/bookings from the hotel you stays in from 1-2 July, so if the hotel have been late to report ( some hotels whit few foreigners might only report once a week ) you will have proof that you stayed there.

Anyhow, it's the hotel that's responsible for the report.

Ask them to help you to register for online reporting for the next time....

As Ellie did write you also need a lease agreement in combination with the TM30.

Why not report a TM30 from your own condo. Set up a account and report yourself. If not online then go to the immigration with your documents.

I am puzzled for the TM30 which is the 1st right when I stayed in hotel. From the 2nd night, I will stay in my condo and will do TM30 by myself. Just worry, immigration will ask me to show them the 1st night TM30 record as I am not sure if hotel will give me. Not yet clean home, so that the 1st night must stay in hotel. :)

they won't care, the TM30 is for where you are NOW, not where you were

Do the TM30 on your own condo then apply for the visa with that address

No. They not look back. They ask you the most current tm30. So when you go to the immigration on lets say 4 july, you make sure you have a TM30 from the adress of your condo. Thats it.

I will arrive state in hotel on 01Jul, then my condo on 02Jul. Can I register TM30 on 01Jul in my condo directly?

, you do TM30 on 2 July at your condo no problem. Regardless the hotel submit your tm30 on 1 July or not.

The hotel might report you anyhow on 1 july. Then a 2th TM30 report is needed at 2 july when you will go to your own condo. Any change of adress needs to be reported.

not so much a lease agreement as a permanent address. It can be a hotel as long as you have an arrangement with them

Arrangement with a hotel written in a agreement. Not just a 1 night booking. We know all what's needed. Proof of a permanent adres.

Having a own house/condo is proof enough. Then only a tm30 is needed

All you need to provide regarding TM30 is the latest one (<- means with the check-in date later than any other of your TM30 records) with your address on the lease agreement.

Only the latest TM30 is valid. You don't need previous (or history of) TM30.

@Ellie ******
Thank you. That means I only need to show latest TM30 with check-in date in my condo on 02Jul, no need to ask hotel give me TM30 for 1 night stay on 01Jul when going to immigration for applying retirement visa, is it correct please?
