Do I need to print the TM30 form for my landlord to fill out for my COVID visa extension in Thailand?

Hi everyone,

I've been told that I needed the TM30 for covid visa extension. But it seems to be a document that the landlord needs to fill. Does that mean that I need to print it beforehand and make it filles by the landlord?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 form for the COVID visa extension must be completed electronically by the landlord, not by the tenant. You do not need to print it out; just ensure that your landlord submits it online.

The TM30 should be completed and submitted by the landlord electronically. The bottom two images below are accepted online TM30s that you can show to the immigration officer.

Are you sure they are mandatory?

How do I get those certificates?

It's mandatory for the landlord to declare foreigners accommodation within 24 hours after arrival. That's the purpose of the TM30.

MOST immigration offices request them.

You would ask the landlord for a printout of the certificate. Show them the picture and ask for a copy; they would get it for you.
