yes if the hotel files the TM30 when you check-in. Ask for a screenshot of the TM30 screenshot

Tm30 is certainly necessary. Depending on where you do it, it may or may not even be accepted too if it's "not up to date".

any owner of a property SHOULD be able to provide it... I would think twice before renting a place if they can't register the TM30.
