Hello everyone. I’m a DTV holder and about to make 90 days report. Some agents asked for the TM 7 form which I’d never seen before. I’d also visited Vietnam after I got in with DTV. And no one gave me such document at the airport😅. The last time I got into Thailand with DTV was in November.

May I know is that possible to make 90 days report without TM 7 form?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A DTV visa holder can make a 90-day report without the TM 7 form. Instead, you need the TM47 form, which can be obtained at local immigration offices or downloaded online. The 90-day report is due based on your last entry stamp, and you have a window of two weeks before to one week after that date to report without penalty. Some users also mentioned that services like Bumrungrad hospital can assist with the report for a fee.

Now we're getting some where

okay if you stamped in Nov 1st your 90 day report date is TODAY 😮 (89 days from Nov 1st)

so you have until the 5th of Feb to go out there and apply for the 90 day report in person with the TM47 form

OR

you can go to Bumrungrad hospital 10th floor Business Center and they will do it for you for 650 baht.

You leave your passport, they file the 90 day report and then you go back and pick the passport up with the 90 day report receipt

Count 89 days from the date you last stamped IN to thailand, that will be your 90 day report due date.

You can report from 2 weeks before that date to 1 week after that date without any penalty

In Bangkok you go to the immigration office at the government complex Building B out at Chaengwattana Road to file a 90 day report in person

You go here

Also, fyi, the 90 days resets everytime you exit and re-enter. So if you exited and re-entered in November, your 90 day reporting would be for 90 days after that arrival.

You are confused. You need a TM47 application form. Just go to your local immigration office information desk and ask for one or you can download from the Immigration website.

it’s my first time making 90 days report. I also tried applying the TM 47 online. It’s in pending status. But most people I asked says that I can’t apply it online it it’s first time and I must go to the office in person. Is that correct?

go in and cancel that 90 day report in the online system, when it asks for reason say "not due yet" and cancel it

WHAT is your entry date in Nov??

You wouldn't do DO a 90 day report until Feb some time if you entered in Nov

So you can't do it yet

TM 7 is for extending stay so you don't need that for 90 day report. Just take your passport to the immigration office. You do not need an agent
