I recently retired after living and working in Thailand for 15 years. My work permit was with BOI so have 21 days to leave after it was cancelled. Plan to change from NON-B to NON-O (marriage visa). We live in Bkk but my wife's property & home registration is in Phitsanulok. Can I use my Bkk address on the NON-O (marriage visa) application?

Can I apply at Chaengwattana immigration without having to leave the country?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, who has retired after 15 years in Thailand, is transitioning from a NON-B visa to a NON-O (marriage visa) while having a work permit under BOI, which requires leaving the country within 21 days of cancellation. They inquire about using their Bangkok address for the NON-O application despite their wife's property being registered in Phitsanulok, and whether they can apply at Chaengwattana immigration without departing the country.

. Need to hand draw a map showing where you live too.. seriously.

And yes you can change from B to O visa inside thailand. Youll need 400k in your thaibank account for 3 months prior and a letter from bank proving it.

They are only interested in where you are residing physically and evidence if it. Take a copy of your lease with you,and also your wifes tabien bahn as well.

Application form asks for your residential adress.

yes we rent an apartment in Bangkok. So I can use that address? Do they still want the documents for the home up country and pick of us at the country house?
