Good morning,

Great page for advice, you guys have running here.

I have 2 things to get done.

1. Transfer of Stamp to new passport.

2. 1 year extension based on Non- Immigrant O (marriage to thai)

Are these 2 things at Chaeng Watthana or have they moved to Muang Thongthani?

Thank you in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the location for processing the transfer of a passport stamp and a 1-year extension based on a Non-Immigrant O visa due to marriage to a Thai citizen. A comment confirms that these processes are handled at Chaeng Watthana.

@Timo *****
you need to get the "transfer stamp form" from the front desk and have these copies to get the stamps transferred

Thank you, Tod.

Another question. What's the fine for failing to report address and can this be done at Chaengwatthana too?

@Timo *****
what do you mean 'report address'? DO you mean file a 90 day report OR file a TM30 (foreigner in residence form)?

It's 800 baht for not filing a TM30 on time, and you file both TM30's and 90 day reports out at Muang Thong Thani (the moved it out there yesterday)

Sorry for not being clear. TM30 ( foreigner in residence form).

Looks like I have to go to 2 separate places then. What order do you suggest to do these 3 things?

1. Change stamp to new passport.

2. File TM30 and pay fine

3. 1 year extension.

Or does any other order make more sense?
