Do I need to go to Chaengwattana in person to transfer my Non-B visa to my new passport or can HR do it for me?
Getting my non-B transferred to my new passport, do I need to go to Chaengwattana in person or can HR do it on my behalf?
Answer summary
When transferring a Non-B visa to a new passport, it is required to go to Chaengwattana in person if you have a valid Non-B visa and are making border runs. They do not transfer visa stickers. However, if you are on an Extension of Stay, it is possible to transfer stamps to your new passport. It is unclear whether HR can act on your behalf for this process.

If you're on a valid Non B Visa and doing border runs every 90 days, you need both passports till the end of the visa. They do not transfer visa stickers. If you're on an Extension of Stay and doing 90 day reports than they can transfer the stamps toward your new passport. I have no idea if HR can do this for you.
