Good morning! 

I am getting a new passport in BKK, through my Embassy, and now I have to get my Non B stamp transferred to the new passport. Could it be done in any inmigration office, for example here in Bangkok or I’d have to go to the same office where I get my non b?

Guessing you have an extension as opposed to a visa, and as such you need to go to the office that issued you that extension stamp
