TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 and TDAC are different processes in Thailand. If you have a Digital Visa (DTV), you must file a TM30 within 24 hours of arriving at your new residence. Additionally, you should complete the TDAC (Thailand Digital Arrival Card) for each entry into Thailand. The responsibility for filing the TM30 typically lies with the accommodation owner, but it can become your issue if they fail to do so. The TDAC will not substitute the need for a TM30.

The TM47 90 days reporting. Being online. Can this online form be used the first time a 90 day report is carried out. Or does the first time of asking. Have to be in person at a immigration centre.
usualy in person. so basically all 90 day reports in person unless you extend for another 180 days. then you might get 2 online TM47 done… but extension requires all documents again + more. with a fresh date, etc..
It is the responsibility of the owner of the place you stay to register a TM30 but if they don't and need to interact with immigration etc it becomes your problem

TDAC has nothing to do with TM30 or with anything else. Don't even consider it when you are thinking about anything. Pretend it doesn't exist. You still have to do all legally required immigration activities.
