Do I need to file a new TM30 after moving out of my Phuket Sandbox hotel?

I'm currently at my Phuket Sandbox hotel, but will move back into my home (on Phuket, mind you) when the nonsensical 14-day hotel stay is over. I see from a few posts back on 5 March that the TM30 is still required. Just checking to ensure that's still the case. I'm on an entirely new visa, so I suppose I have to start the process all over again.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you need to file a new TM30 at the immigration office when you move out of your hotel and back into your home in Phuket, especially since you are on a new visa.

When you move out of the hotel you're in and go back home GO file a TM30 at the immigration office.

You are on a new entry from outside the country and are indeed required to file a new TM30 (at least according to Phuket Immigrations you are ;) )

Thanks Tod. I did my last one way back in 2011. I seem to remember having to have the landlord provide house title, rental contract, ID, etc. I'll look into the other requirements later today.

Best part is we're probably moving and I'll get to do it all over again!

My landlord does this for me. In fact she insists on doing it. You might ask your landlord to do it.

, mine's been good but likes to take a back seat on these things. No biggie.
