TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting for foreigners in Thailand must typically be done at the immigration office where your TM30 is registered. However, if you file a new TM30 in the other province, you can complete your 90-day report there. Additionally, some users have mentioned difficulties with online reporting using certain web browsers like Brave, suggesting that Chrome may work better for this purpose.

I have had trouble filing 90 day if using Brave browser, but works ok with Chrome.

You do your 90 day report where your TM30 is filed, so if you file a new TM30 in the other province, you would be able to do your 90 report there.
