I have a current TM30 form receipt, however, I will soon move into another apartment in the same building as shown on the TM30. My question, will a new TM30 need to be submitted when I move into the new apartment?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, according to Thai law, you must submit a new TM30 form if you change your address, even if it's within the same building, and this needs to be reported within 24 hours of the move.
