Iโve lived in Bangkok for 22 years. On July 13 I returned to Bangkok from a one month trip to the United States. Next Friday, on the 24th, Iโm moving to Udon Thani. Must I file a 90 day report here before I go? I should note the 90 day report is never simple for me because my current condo owner wonโt file a TM30. Heโs trying to avoid taxes of some sort I think. Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A resident in Bangkok for 22 years, currently facing issues with their condo owner not filing a TM30 report, asks if they must file a 90-day report before moving to Udon Thani. Comments confirm that, since they returned on July 13, their 90-day report was due by October 10, and they have until October 17 to file to avoid a fine.

If you stamped back in on July 13th that means your 90 day report would have been due Oct 10th <- last friday (the day you stamped in was counted as day one)
That means you have until this friday Oct 17th to file a 90 day report without a fine of 2000baht for failure to file on time.
the answer to this question ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ณ๐ถ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฎ ๐ต๐ฌ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ ๐ด๐ผ? is yes you do file one on or before this Friday, or you pull a 2000baht failure to file on time fine when ever you do decide to file one
Best of luck with it
