Hello. Seeking for an advice.

Iโ€™m just moved to a new place/condo yesterday. My new landlord say she will notify me at the immigration. So basically I will have a new address. Do I still need to do my 90days report now, regardless getting a new address? Because my next 90days report was due last 29th.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual has recently moved to a new condo and is inquiring if they still need to complete their 90-day report given the address change. Comments indicate that there is a grace period of up to 7 days after the due date, and it is essential to include the new address on the report along with a TM30 notification from the landlord. It is also mentioned that one can walk in for the report without an appointment, but making a booking might save time.

said you have up to 7 days AFTER the actual due date to file a 90 day report without a penalty

SO in your case you have until the 5th of April to file without getting a 2000baht penalty, file after that & you get the penalty.

If you put new address on 90 days report, make sure you have new tm30 notification with you.

Jay Morada. You can just walk in if you've got all day to spare. Alternatively, make a booking and you're in and out in 15 minutes. MTT is not a great place for whiling away a few hours
