I went to get my second COVID-19 extension today at Sakhon Nakhon immigration, the entire process took maybe 10 minutes and it went so fast that I forgot to ask about the 90 day reporting requirements at the office.

If I'm not mistaken I've heard that 90 day reporting is due during your second COVID-19 extension.

The officer never mentioned anything about it nor were I supplied with any paper or information in my passport about it.

Is 90 day reporting on COVID-19 extension a central policy or does it change from office to office?

If it's expected from me, I will go back and ask for information.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The process for obtaining a second COVID-19 extension at Sakhon Nakhon immigration can be quick, and there may be confusion regarding the 90-day reporting requirement. Generally, 90-day reporting is not uniformly mandated during a second COVID-19 extension, as policies can differ by immigration office. It's advisable to confirm the requirements directly with the immigration office where you applied.

Thanks for the update; I'm closing comments. Remember each immigration office has their own policies, and they may change their policies at any time.

Not true, but some immigration offices require it after you're here for 90 days; ask the immigration office.
