TLDR : Answer Summary
When receiving a COVID-19 extension in Thailand, the requirement for the 90-day reporting can vary by immigration office. Some offices consider the extension to reset the reporting clock, while others may have different policies requiring a separate 90-day report. It is advised to consult your local immigration office for their specific rules.

I'm shutting this down. The 90 day report policy depends on the immigration office you're using to get the 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19. Some immigration offices require it (I.e. Bangkok) require it, some don't (I.e Nakhom Pathom and Kanchanaburi). There are 70+ immigration offices. Ask your local immigration office what their policy is.
The COVID-19 Extension Of Stay resets the "90 day report" clock at the various immigration offices I've talked to. Talk to your local immigration office for details.
