I’m here on visa exemption (tourism) and I already have my first covid extension.
Today I went to Chonburi immigration office to do 90 days report but they told me that with my typo of “visa” I don’t need to do it.
Is it correct or that person in immigration office was wrong and I have to try to go one more time?
Thank you 🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the necessity of a 90-day report due to a comment received at the Chonburi immigration office regarding their COVID extension visa. Responses indicate that immigration officers in different regions may have varying policies, with some stating that the 90-day report is not required for those on a COVID extension visa, suggesting that the user may not need to report after all.

Same in Rayong, Immigration officer said no need to do 90 days report if possessing covid extension visa. He was pretty definite & no one has said otherwise there.
For the 90 day reports, different immigration offices have different policies. Some want the 90 day report done IF you're in Thailand longer then 90 days, and others want it done if you're on an extension that are longer then 90 days.
