TLDR : Answer Summary
The need for a 90-day report after a COVID visa extension depends on the procedures of the local immigration office. It is often recommended to check with the immigration officer at the time of the visa extension, as some offices may automatically process the 90-day report along with the extension. It's advisable to confirm the requirements and dates for reporting as practices may vary by location.

They did my 90 day report at the same time I got my visa extension. It should say on your passport or a piece of paper when you next 90 day report is due. But like people said in here, each immigration office is different so I'd just take Benjamin's advice.

I would do the 90 day irrespective of your visa extension. There are many experts on here but immigration is it’s own boss and difficult to negotiate with if they disagree πŸ˜‚

If your Immigration Office want you to report when you are 90 days inside Thailand, you do the report.

Sometimes it is more easy to ask the Immigration Officer after he stamped your passport. It is allowed to ask and speak with them.
