I received my final 60 day Covid visa extension some days ago, after my TR visa (60 days plus 30 days) expired. When i asked the Pattaya immigration about the 90 day report ( I asked on day 88 they when I took the covid visa) told me that they don’t want. Now someone told me I have to do to avoid overstay. What is your experience. Many thanks in advance for your help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is inquiring about whether they need to file a 90-day report after getting a final 60-day Covid visa extension, especially since they were told by Pattaya immigration that it's not required. Comments emphasize that different immigration offices have varying policies and that not filing a 90-day report does not lead to overstay if the office specifies it's unnecessary.

1. Different immigration offices have different policies with the 90 day report.

2. You will *NOT* be on overstay if a 90 day report is *NOT* filed. The fine for *NOT* filing a 90 day report is 2K THB - if it is required for the immigration office. There is no other punishments.

3. There's 70+ immigration offices in Thailand; I recommend asking this question on a Pattaya related group to get their opinion but if the immigration office says not to do the 90 day report, then don't do the 90 day report.

Ok thanks. Now i understand, I just thought there is a special Thai visa group for Pattaya. Because general Pattaya groups talk about a lot of different issues. I thought there might be some Pattaya Thai Visa members with experience about this issue. now I think I will have to go again to the immigration office. Thanks for you help

No, there's no Thai Visa for Pattaya Facebook group sadly :( I think it'll be too much of a niche.

I know the other Pattaya groups may talk about visas from time to time.

Thanks for your quick reply. Where can I find a Pattaya related group?

i already spend more than 30 hours to get finally my covid visa extention. I have no experience with 90 day reports and I hope I will not need to spend again too much time at the immigration office.

A Pattaya related group can be found by searching Facebook for Pattaya. I don't feel comfortable cross-linking groups, but there are a couple that'll come up.
