TLDR : Answer Summary
If you entered Thailand on a 60-day tourist visa and then received a 60-day COVID extension, you may be unsure about the requirement for a 90-day report. Responses suggest that the necessity for a 90-day report can vary by immigration office, with some offices stating that it isn't required since the address is declared during extensions, especially if you have also submitted a TM30 form. It's recommended to consult directly with your local immigration office or seek advice from community groups for definitive guidance.

My immigration said no as you declare your address every time you go for an extension. In addition having done a TM30 helps. I haven't done a 90 day report since September 2020 however different offices may have different rules

The answer to this seems office specific. Some reports of people being asked to do and some reports that it’s not required. In theory with the covid extension you’re reporting every 60 days anyway.

Ask your local office or ask in a Facebook group specific to your locale to see what others say.

That would be a question to ask the immigration office. Different immigration offices have different policies.
