I don't know if this comes under the auspices of this group or not but if not I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
I arrived Thailand on a non O 1 year multi entry e Visa in late September with my firsy stamp up on the 25th December which of course is not a good day. Do I have to do a border crossing or can I just go to the Immigration Department for my next stamp. If I need to do a crossing I will of course need to do so before Xmas. Thanks for your help.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-O 1 year multi-entry visa requires you to exit and re-enter Thailand to receive a new 90-day stamp after each 90-day period. You can do this border crossing anytime before your stamp expires. It's advised to plan it soon, as December 25th is not a holiday in Thailand, meaning you won't face issues crossing the border on that day. Alternatively, you can apply for a 60-day family extension at the immigration office if your Non-O visa is based on marriage.
